LA CONSEJERA DE MEDIO AMBIENTE HA VISITADO HOY EL LOCAL PARA LA
RECOGIDA DE “JUGUETES CON CORAZÓN” DE CÁRITAS CHAVICAR

La campaña, que se desarrollará hasta el próximo 9 de enero, ha recogido
hasta el momento más de 600 juguetes
La consejera de Turismo, Medio Ambiente y Política Territorial, Aránzazu Vallejo, ha visitado
hoy el local de recogida de juguetes que desde el pasado 4 de diciembre tiene habilitado
Fundación Cáritas Chavicar en la planta superior del Centro Comercial Berceo.
El objetivo de la campaña es contribuir a que las familias con menos recursos puedan
acceder a un juguete, a través de la recogida solidaria de artículos nuevos o seminuevos
que estén en buen estado. No solamente en esta época de Reyes Magos, sino también
durante todo el año mediante el almacenamiento y puesta de nuevo en circulación
periódicamente de todos los juguetes recogidos y reciclados.
La recogida se realizará hasta el próximo 9 de enero en un local habilitado para tal efecto
junto al Patio de Berceo, donde se celebran los talleres infantiles. Además, como aliciente
para que los niños se desprendan de sus juguetes, se reparten vales de una hora gratis para
el espacio lúdico Vid Boys de la galería comercial.
Gracias a la colaboración del Centro Comercial Berceo, que ha cedido el local para su uso
solidario, la campaña ha recogido hasta el momento más de 600 juguetes y ha contado
con la colaboración de alrededor de 120 familias que, solidariamente, han depositado
sus juguetes.
Los juguetes están siendo revisados durante toda la campaña y reciclados en los talleres de
Fundación Cáritas Chavicar para, posteriormente, hacerlos llegar a los niños más
necesitados a través de las diferentes parroquias o la venta simbólica en la tienda de la
entidad ubicada en la c/Lardero, 29.
El objetivo de prolongar la actividad hasta el próximo 9 de enero es facilitar que, una vez
pasados los Reyes Magos, todos aquellos interesados puedan depositar los juegos que los
niños no vayan a utilizar de nuevo, para que éstos reciban una nueva oportunidad de alegrar
la vida de otras familias.

Fundación Cáritas Chavicar es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro nacida en 1988 con el
