Nueva Imagen organiza la presentación de Iberaval en La Rioja
Nueva Imagen organizó el pasado lunes la presentación de la sociedad de garantía recíproca Iberaval en La Rioja. Nueva Imagen se encargó de la realización integral del evento: imagen, secretaría técnica, elaboración del catálogo, apoyo al gabinete de comunicación…
El consejero de Industria, Innovación y Empleo, Javier Erro, presidió en el Centro Tecnológico de La Rioja el acto de presentación de la Sociedad de Garantía Recíproca (SGR) Iberaval. Al acto han asistido el presidente de Iberaval, José Rolando Álvarez, y representantes de la Junta de Castilla y León, así como otros socios protectores y empresarios y representantes de las entidades financieras riojanas.
En este acto, Javier Erro destacó que “la importancia de Iberaval radica en que es un nuevo instrumento financiero para ayudar a las empresas riojanas a obtener financiación”. “Esta medida completa las acciones que emprendimos en septiembre de 2008 para fortalecer las armas empresariales de lucha contra la crisis”, añadió.
En este sentido, Javier Erro recordó que en dos años se han inyectado a las pymes riojanas 119,35 millones de euros en financiación y se han atendido a 1.151solicitudes.
El objetivo de Iberaval es facilitar financiación a otras 1.000 pymes riojanas en el plazo de 5 años.
En el acto se hizo oficial la incorporación a Iberaval de Caja Rioja y la Cámara de Comercio de La Rioja como socios protectores. El Gobierno de La Rioja ya se incorporó en diciembre a esta sociedad de garantía recíproca, con una aportación de 1 millón de euros. La presencia del Ejecutivo riojano en esta sociedad forma parte del Protocolo General de Colaboración entre La Rioja y Castilla y León, firmado en julio de 2009. Además, se anunció la apertura, la semana pasada, de la oficina de Iberaval en La Rioja, tal y como se comprometió el Ejecutivo riojano.
Productos de Iberaval
Los productos de Iberaval se agrupan en dos líneas: avales financieros y avales técnicos. Los avales financieros están orientados a avalar a las empresas que necesiten financiación, ya sea para circulante o para inversiones, mientras que los avales técnicos tratan de dar cobertura a las fianzas provisionales y definitivas que tienen que aportar las empresas que concurren a licitaciones con la Administración. En definitiva, tratan de que ninguna empresa se quede sin un contrato con la Administración por no disponer de las garantías necesarias.

Iberaval supone unos beneficios claros para las pymes riojanas: mejora su capacidad de negociación con las entidades financieras; abarata los costes financieros de las empresas; alarga los plazos de la financiación; facilita el acceso a la licitación pública mediante fianzas técnicas; complementa su escasez de solvencia patrimonial frente al mercado de la financiación; les facilita asesoramiento e información financiera; y supone para el empresario la integración en una red empresarial.
¿Qué es Iberaval?
Iberaval desarrolla su actividad en Castilla y León desde 1981, cuenta con más de 16.000 socios partícipes (pymes) y con un centenar de socios protectores. Esto le sitúa como la primera sociedad de garantía recíproca en número de socios de España. Entre los accionistas de Iberaval se encuentran, como socios protectores, además del Gobierno de La Rioja, la Cámara de Comercio de La Rioja y Caja Rioja, la Junta de Castilla y León y sus organizaciones empresariales y otras 18 entidades financieras, lo que facilita el acceso al crédito de los socios. Asimismo, Iberaval es la primera SGR en número de emisión de avales (12.000 cada año) y en penetración de mercado (más del 8%).
